Bishop Benziger College of Nursing organized a training program on fire and rescue management in collaboration with the district fire and rescue team, Kadappakkada Kollam. The program was started at 10.30 am. The introductory speech was delivered by Dr. Sr Terese SIC, Principal Bishop Benziger College of Nursing Kollam. Mr Arun Kumar, Fire and Rescue officer, Kollam, spoke about emergency management of various types of rescue management and also demonstrated lifting and shifting of casualties from the accident spot to the hospital. The class was very informative, and it helped the students to enrich their knowledge. Ms Liya Saju 3rd Semester BSc nursing student delivered the vote of thanks. The program ended with the National Anthem at 1.00 pm.
