The first year B.Sc nursing students had participated a rally organized by Muncipal Corporation Office,Kollam on 01.11.2019 under the “Clean Kollam – 2019” programme.Total 48 students from Bishop Benziger College of Nursing actively participated in the rally.The rally started from AsramamMaidan to Lal Bahadur ShastriStadium,Kollam at 03 pm on 01.11.2019.The moto of the rally was to spread information to public about the proper disposal of waste and save the nature.The students used various types of models,placards and posters to convey the messages to public.
At the end of the rally, the students also conducted a tableaue based on the theme of “Save our Nature and Save our Earth” in Lal Bahadur ShastriStadium,Kollam on 01.11.2019 and also got prize from Muncipal Corporation Office,Kollam for their active participation and motivational messages to “Clean Kollam and Safe Kollam” programme.
