BBCON in collaboration with department of Medical Surgical nursing and Community health nursing along with QSS Kollam organized various health awareness programs On 4th February 2020, based on the theme “I am and I will.” BBCON conducted exhibition, and health education campaign at Bishop Benziger Hospital, Kollam .
The IV year B.Sc nursing students (24) from Bishop Benziger College of Nursing organized a health exhibition and health awareness class about “Cancer-2020” on 04.02.2020 at CHC, Thrikadavoor. There were 50 participants attended the health exhibition and health awareness class related to cancer.
The QSSS organized a cancer awareness programme to QSSS volunteers on 05.02.2020. The IV year B.Sc nursing students from Bishop Benziger College of Nursing organized a health exhibition on cancer and Mrs. Jyothilakshmi. J, Nursing Tutor from Bishop Benziger College of Nursing taken class to QSSS volunteers about “Common Cancers and its early identification”. Total 100 volunteers participated in this programme.
